DigiTV, the Hungarian cable operator with over 220,000 broadband subscribers and 11% market share has slashed the price of its broadband packages by 7% in the first quarter of 2012. The operator move is the opposite of the incumbent which increased its broadband's tariffs by nearly 6% on average. Some examples of the broadband tariffs are given in the table below:
