 Magyar TeleKom broadband tariffs rose by 7% on average during the first quarter of 2012

Magyar Telekom the Hungarian incumbent with over 722,000 broadband subscribers and 42% market share increased its broadband tariffs . The new pricing policy introduced by the incumbent will affect the operator market share and leave enough room for the alternative operators to manoeuvre. Some examples of the broadband tariffs are given in the table below:
