Lucy's main focus is the development of residential fixed-broadband services in Europe. She analyses operator strategies, subscriber data, and market developments and trends including relevant regulatory changes and progress towards next-generation networks.

She also contributes to Quantum-Web's fixed-broadband subscriber forecast updates and Quantum-Web's broadband reports. Since 2006, Lucy has been writing specifically about Europe's fixed-broadband markets but has covered the telecoms sector since 1997.
