BT the British incumbent with over 6.365 million retail broadband subscribers offers up to 50% discount on its fibre optics and 100% for 6 months on its entry level xDSL packages. At the same time BT has annunced an increase of £0.85 on its landline rental from £14.60 to £15.45 per month and £1 on its IPTV service, TV essential, from £4 to £5.
